Susannah Degen

Susannah Degen is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in risk management and business transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for International Programs at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd since January 2022, Susannah previously spent nearly nine years in the family break role, where personal growth included starting a family and integrating into a new community. Prior to that, roles included Senior Manager in Operational Risk Management at Macquarie Group, focusing on the implementation of a Governance Risk and Compliance system, and Senior Manager in Risk & Controls Solutions at PwC, leading internal audits for major clients. Susannah began a career as a Trainee Accountant at Joseph M. Casey & Co. while pursuing a degree in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University. Educational achievements include a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Management from the University of St. Gallen and various certifications in project management and auditing.
