Tom Hopwood

Tom Hopwood is a seasoned professional in the fields of climate change, sustainability, and professional indemnity insurance. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development UK at Zurich Insurance since September 2023, Tom previously held the position of ESG Engagement Lead at Marsh from May 2017 to September 2023, where responsibilities included the growth and engagement of ESG and climate advisory services. Prior to this, Tom worked as an Insurance Broker at Griffiths & Armour from August 2010 to May 2017, advising clients on Professional Indemnity Insurance and managing professional risks in various sectors. Tom holds a degree in Management Studies from Nottingham University Business School, completed between 2003 and 2006, and attended Altrincham Grammar School for Boys from 1997 to 2003.
