Vy Pham

Vy Pham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic roles across various sectors, primarily in insurance and gender equality advocacy. Currently serving as the Regional Product Owner for Digital Platform in the Asia-Pacific region at Zurich Insurance and as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence for the Zurich Innovation Championship, Vy drives global start-up initiatives and collaborates with business leaders. As a Non-Executive Director at UN Women Australia, Vy contributes to strategy development and fundraising efforts to advance gender equality, while also participating in finance and governance committees. Additionally, Vy holds board positions at the Australian Gender Equality Council and Mr Perfect, a community organization focused on men's mental health. Vy's prior roles include managerial positions at Zurich Financial Services Australia, ANZ, BT Financial Group, National Australia Bank, and CP2 Limited. Vy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Queensland and completed governance training through the Australian Institute of Company Directors, along with a specialized program at the University of St. Gallen.
