Annette Cooke, CPCC, ACC, is a seasoned leadership coach and executive search leader with extensive experience in organizational consulting and team engagement strategies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and President of ZDcoach at ZurickDavis since May 2023, Annette has also been a Leadership Coach and Executive Search Leader at ExecutiveConsulting since August 2019. Annette's previous roles include Senior Vice President at The Higgins Group, where a Boston office was established, co-founder of ZDinterim, which provided interim management solutions, and various leadership positions at ZurickDavis and Protea Consulting Limited. Annette holds a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach designation from the Co-Active Training Institute and a Professional Certificate in Management from The Open University Business School.
