Gina Mazza Bsn Rn, Cph

Gina Mazza holds an MBA in Healthcare Leadership from Elms College and a BSN from American International College. Currently, Gina serves as the Owner of Mazza Consulting and Coaching and as an Assistant Professor of Healthcare Management at the College of Our Lady of the Elms. In addition, Gina is the President of the Board of Directors for Harmony House of Western Massachusetts, an organization providing hospice care for patients in need of a safe environment during end-of-life transitions. Gina's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Vice President at both ZurickDavis Executive Recruitment and Fazzi Associates, as well as a Partner at Fazzi Associates, Inc. and various clinical leadership positions in nursing and hospice care from 1999 to 2004.
