At Zutado Soul, we build food solutions where flavor, health outcomes, and operational scalability meet.

Zutado Soul is a winner of Atrium Health's Health Equity Innovation Challenge (HEIC) and The Boost Pad business pitch competition. Our flagship product line, Belle Isle Sauces, is designed to do more than complement meals—it starts them. Crafted with clean ingredients, not artificial preservatives. Belle Isle sauces delivers bold, versatile flavor straight from the bottle or as a culinary base that helps organizations reduce reliance on heavy, sodium rich, or sugar loaded condiments without sacrificing taste or satisfaction. Our meal are crafted without overprocessed or fried ingredients. Oftentimes chronic conditions can be managed through proper nutrition. We truly believe food is medicine, so our products are carefully crafted to nourish our organs, and provide health-conscious, cultural relevant great taste.

Zutado Soul was built at the intersection of culinary innovation and lifestyle medicine, with expertise shaped through American College of Lifestyle Medicine and advanced gut and organ health studies through Stanford University. This foundation allows us to support healthcare systems and institutional partners by providing community education solutions aligned to behavior change, digestion, metabolic health, and long-term wellness.

We work with healthcare systems, senior programs, to deliver medically aligned meals, sauces, food swaps, and lifestyle medicine pilot programs. Our approach addresses Social Determinants of Health, offering culturally relevant, scalable food solutions that help patients and communities move toward better outcomes one flavorful meal at a time.

Zutado Soul isn’t just food.
It’s a system for nourishing health, equity, education, and performance through taste-forward design.
