Monique Ngcobo

Monique Ngcobo currently serves as Chief People Officer at Zutari since June 2023. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Massmart, such as Vice President of Talent Management & Learning, Acquisition and People Digital Transformation, and Group Executive of Talent Management from April 2019 to June 2023. Monique's career at British American Tobacco spanned over a decade, where roles included Head of HR Business Partners for Southern Africa and Area Head of Talent and Organisational Effectiveness. Earlier positions include management trainee and recruitment coordinator at Woolworths, and a junior lecturer at the University of the Western Cape. Monique holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Commerce and an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Western Cape, and has pursued further education in management development at IESE Business School.
