Stephan Jooste

Stephan Jooste currently serves as the Head of Advisory at Zutari, a position held since June 2020, where leadership of the Advisory business is paramount. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Aurecon from January 2011 to June 2020, encompassing roles such as Managing Principal Advisory Africa and Regional Director for Gauteng, alongside Unit Manager for the Advisory business unit in Tshwane. Early career highlights include research assistance at Stanford University's Collaboratory for Research on Global Projects, a technical directorship in advisory and public-private partnerships, and civil engineering consultancy at Africon. Educational qualifications feature a PhD in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, complemented by a Master in Management of Technology from the University of Pretoria and an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution, among other studies.
