Danijel Mavrlja

Danijel Mavrlja has a diverse work experience. Danijel started their career at HiPP Baby Food in 2009, where they worked in financing for a short period. In 2010, they worked as an Expedit at Novi list. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Shop Assistant at Philip Morris International, where they assisted customers and provided product information.

In 2015, Danijel joined Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska. Danijel initially worked as a Sales Specialist for Premium Spirits and energy drinks, responsible for distribution and increasing market share in West Croatia. Later, they became a Sales Supervisor for HoReCa in the Rijeka and Croatian Primorje areas. In this role, they implemented company policies and goals, focusing on expanding product distribution and ensuring customer satisfaction. Danijel also managed a team of 12 people.

In 2017, Danijel joined Zvijezda, a part of the Fortenova Group. Danijel first served as a Regional Sales Manager, where they achieved regional sales objectives by managing human resources, contributing to strategic plans, and implementing operational improvements. In 2021, they were promoted to Director of Sales Department for HoReCa & B2B, responsible for sales strategies and department management. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Special Channels and Export markets at Zvijezda plus - Fortenova Group, overseeing special channels and export markets.

Throughout their career, Danijel has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and strategic planning skills, contributing to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.

Danijel Mavrlja's education history begins with their high school education at High school Glina, which took place from 2005 to 2009. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at the University of Rijeka in 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance until 2012. In 2012, they continued their education at the same university, this time for a Master's degree in Project Management, which they completed in 2015. Concurrently with their Master's degree, Danijel also attended the University of Ljubljana's Faculty of Economics in 2014 and 2015 to further specialize in Project Management.
