Ryan Smith is an accomplished finance executive and licensed general contractor with extensive experience in property preservation, operations, and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at ZVN Properties Inc since March 2018, Ryan previously held the role of Vice President of Operations & Strategy at Carrington Home Solutions, L.P., where a successful record of achievement was established. Prior experience includes owning a property services company, being a project coordinator at Bechtel Corporation, and holding positions as an Assistant Project Manager at Brookstone Telecom and as a Field Engineer at T-Mobile and Lucent Technologies Bell Labs. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Redlands.
