Akilan Vajravelu

Akilan Vajravelu currently serves as the Chief Digital Solutions Officer at Zvolv, where responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of digital strategies to drive growth and enhance customer experiences. Previously, Akilan held various leadership roles at Zvolv, udaan.com, Swiggy, and Flipkart, focusing on quality management, process excellence, and operational improvements. Significant achievements include scaling the professional services team at Zvolv and reducing shipment errors at Flipkart. With a strong background in quality and operational excellence, Akilan also served in the Indian Air Force as a soldier during the Kargil conflict. Akilan holds an MBA in Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
