Hardik Gandhi has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Hardik is currently the Founder and CEO of Zvolv, a position they have held since May 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Apple as a Sensing Technologist from 2015 to 2018. During this time, they focused on wireless communication systems. Hardik also served as a Fellow at the Startup Leadership Program from 2015 to 2017. Hardik'searly career was spent at Texas Instruments, where they held multiple roles. Hardik was the Director of Systems and IP Development from 2013 to 2015, where they were responsible for identifying technology trends and driving research/development roadmap for wireless communication systems. Hardik also managed R&D and design teams as the R&D Manager - Architecture & Algorithms from 2010 to 2013. Lastly, Hardik was a Chip Architect and Design Lead from 2003 to 2010, where they led the development of digital signal processing chips for wireless communication transceivers.

Hardik Gandhi began their education at St. Vincents Junior College in 1995. After completing junior college, they enrolled at COEP Technological University in 1996 for their Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, which they completed in the year 2000. In 2001, Hardik pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of California, Davis, which they accomplished in 2002. Later, in 2008, they attended Stanford University to pursue studies in management, specifically the SCPM program, completing it in 2009.
