Previously, as Supervisor of DC Operations at Purple Communications, Inc. from July 2017 to January 2021, notable achievements included surpassing strategic revenue targets by significant margins. Earlier roles include Client Relationship Manager at TCS Interpreting, Inc., where Abigail was the primary contact for clients, and Operations Coordinator at Sorenson Communications, managing video interpreters' schedules. Abigail holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology, earned between 2009 and 2012.
