Lori Mawcinitt has extensive experience in operations and video relay interpreting, currently serving as Regional Manager of Operations at ZVRS since February 2015, with previous roles including VI Operations Engagement Manager, Operations Center Manager, and Video Relay Interpreter. Prior to ZVRS, Lori Mawcinitt worked at Sorenson Communications as a Video Relay Interpreter from May 2008 to 2015 and served as a Sign Language Interpreter at Maricopa Community Colleges from August 2006 to December 2014. Lori Mawcinitt holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Grand Canyon University (2019-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Arizona State University.
