Leo Berghald

Leo Berghald has worked in various roles since 1994. Leo began their career as a Business Area Manager at RXK Konsult AB in 1994. In 1999, they founded RXK OnTarget AB, an IT-consulting company that developed Intranets, Extranets and various tools for business administration. Leo'slargest clients included Kanal (channel) 5, Mix Megapol and Siemens. In 2001, they founded RemoteX Technologies AB, a spin-off from a consultancy project in their previous company. During 2001 to 2006, RemoteX became the leading Swedish company in the real estate vertical, going from 0 to 24 MSEK revenue with a 12% margin. In 2014, they founded CLB Management AB, a platform for establishing new startups and interesting business opportunities based in Kampala, Uganda. Also in 2014, Berghald co-founded Africa Outdoor Sports Equipment & Adventures Ltd, a company that provides adventure vacations in Uganda, East Africa. Finally, in 2016, they founded Zwapgrid AB, a company that is reinventing the way companies stream data between systems, customers and partners.

Leo Berghald attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1994, studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 1993, they also attended the Royal Swedish Navy for Mine Clearence Diver (Röjdykare).
