Mbaeri Ujunwa -LLB BL has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to 2020. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Covenant Chambers as a Legal Practitioner/Admin Assistant, where they were a multipurpose research facilitator, directing legal and non-legal research as a solution to solving varying legal problems. Finally, from 2020 to present, they have been working at Zarttech as a Global Technical Recruiter/Head of Compliance/Recruitment and Global Technical Recruiter/Sourcer/Compliance/Recruitment Manager, where they are responsible for managing the sourcing and recruitment process for both project-based and home office-based positions, conducting sourcing/recruitment strategy meetings with the team, and actively involved in candidate selection and pre-screening interviews for both senior and mid-level engineering roles.
