Mónica Sanchis Gómez

Mónica Sanchis Gómez has worked in the Human Resources and IT Recruiting field since 2018. Mónica began their career as an intern at Confraternidad Carcelaria de España in 2018. In 2019, they interned at the United States Federal Court. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as an HR-IT Recruiter at SOTEC Consulting, Talentomobile, and Zarttech. At each of these companies, they were responsible for recruiting and selecting technical profiles, developing new sources of recruitment, conducting interviews and tests, preparing candidate reports, and more.

Mónica Sanchis Gómez has an extensive educational background. Mónica began their studies in 2014 at Universidad Europea, where they obtained a Double Degree in Criminology and Psychology in 2020. In 2019, they also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from Pace University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management at EAE Business School, which they expect to complete in 2023.
