Abhijit Bhattacharya

Abhijit Bhattacharya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, client engagement, and process optimization within the IT services sector. Currently serving as the Client Engagement Head for ITES at Zwayam since February 2017, Abhijit oversees the onboarding of ITES customers onto the Zwayam TA platform and provides thought leadership in talent management processes. Prior roles include IT Services Resource Fulfillment Process Expert at iWorkforce.in, where Abhijit implemented process improvements for workforce management, and Head of Staffing Process & Analytics at Wipro Technologies, focusing on process optimization for staffing. Earlier career experiences span sales management at Siemens Technology India and various roles in software development and project management across several IT organizations. Abhijit holds a B.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Delhi University, as well as a Computer Science degree from the National Institute of Information Technology.
