Andrea Schlapbach

Andrea Schlapbach serves as the COO and Advisory Board member at ZWEI Wealth since January 2019, focusing on international growth and operational excellence in independent financial consulting. Concurrently, Andrea is a Board member at Securosys SA, contributing to secure communication technologies, and supports the Swiss start-up ecosystem as an SME and Start-up Coach with VentureLab/InnoSuisse. As a co-founder of FLARM Technology Ltd, Andrea advanced safety solutions for general aviation, while also serving as Chief Commercial Officer and Advisory Board member at Daedalean AI, contributing to autonomous aircraft systems. Previous roles include VP Global Support at Hexagon Mining and CFO/COO at SAFEmine, where Andrea integrated advanced technologies for safety in mining operations. With a strong foundation in risk management from Swiss Reinsurance Company, Andrea has a dipl. natw. ETH in Physics and Chemistry from ETH Zürich and additional academic experience at Stanford University.
