Alisha Johnson

Alisha Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alisha currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Zwicker & Associates, P.C. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Alisha worked at Tufts Medicine, where they served as a Human Resources Business Partner for MelroseWakefield Healthcare from August 2021 to July 2022, and as a Human Resources Manager for Home Health Foundation from March 2019 to August 2021.

Before their tenure at Tufts Medicine, Alisha worked at Zwicker & Associates, P.C. as a Human Resources Manager from January 2017 to March 2019 and as a Human Resources Generalist from March 2016 to January 2017. Alisha also gained experience in the healthcare sector at Boston VA Research Institute, Inc., where they served as a Human Resources Generalist from January 2014 to January 2016, and briefly acted as the Director of Human Resources from July 2015 to October 2015.

Alisha Johnson began their education at Masconomet Regional High School, where they completed their high school education from 2002 to 2006. Alisha then enrolled at Loyola College of Maryland in 2006 and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in History. However, they transferred to Northeastern University in 2007 and completed their Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from there in 2011.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Alisha Johnson continued their education at Northeastern University. From 2021 to 2023, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. In addition to their formal education, Alisha obtained certifications beyond their degrees. In November 2021, they obtained a certification in Meeting Management from Northeastern University. Furthermore, in February 2023, they obtained a certification in Learn Emotional Intelligence, the Key Determiner of Success from LinkedIn.
