Michael Kaufmann

Michael Kaufmann currently serves as the Calibration Manager at Zwicker & Associates, P.C. since May 2022, after a tenure as Senior Manager of Collections at FH CANN & ASSOCIATES from August 2020 to June 2022. Prior roles include Supervisor of Senior Collections Staff at Alliant Credit Union, and Director of Compliance and Training at RMS-Recovery Management Services, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed ensuring quality in collection services for Campus Based and Federal student loans. Michael Kaufmann's career began at Enterprise Recovery Systems, Inc., where Michael held the position of Director of Operations for over 15 years. Michael Kaufmann holds a degree in Graduate Diamonds from the Gemological Institute of America and attended Syracuse University from 1987 to 1990.
