Rachel Miller

Rachel Miller is a legal expert and industry leader with extensive experience in media and technology law. Currently serving as the Chair of the Transactions Practice Group at ZwillGen since February 2022, Rachel is also a Founding Member and Beta User at The Fourth Floor, a community aimed at enhancing access to board seats and investment opportunities for women leaders and startup founders. Previously, Rachel held significant roles at WarnerMedia as SVP and Chief Counsel for HBO Max, where legal infrastructure was established to support the platform's launch, and served as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs at HBO, where Rachel initiated the technology legal department and expanded the company's patent portfolio. Earlier career experiences include a position as Corporate Finance Associate at Morgan, Lewis, where Rachel specialized in entertainment finance. Rachel Miller holds degrees from Barnard College and Fordham University School of Law.
