Recently retired as the Chief Operating Officer of TSYS Issuer Solutions, a US-based global payment processing company, and until December 2017, the Chairman of Paysafe PLC, a UK-based FTSE 250 global payments company.

Extensive experience in the fintech, payments and payment processing sectors, having held Executive/Board roles in the UK as Chairman of MasterCard UK Ltd and various Executive roles with RBS and NatWest; and in the US as a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of RBS National Bank, as a Non-Executive Director of Argus Information Services Inc, and as a Non-Executive Director of Kroger Personal Finance. Also worked in China as an Executive Director of the RBS/Bank of China Credit Card JV.
