Joseph Blackwell

Joseph Blackwell is a senior field engineer at ZwitterCo. Joseph has over 25 years of experience in the industry, having worked as a construction site foreman/project coordinator and an operator/supervisor in a manufacturing plant. Joseph has overseen crews regrading, deploying an 80 mil liner and covering with oxide, building evaporation ponds, installing an 11 mile pipeline to transfer water, treating contaminated water with a RO system, slaking lime to drop precipitants out of a lake of contaminated water, and having equipment transported out to different job sites.
