Mike Schmidt

Mike Schmidt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in applications and product development within the water treatment and filtration industry. Currently serving as a Senior Applications Engineer at ZwitterCo, Mike plays a pivotal role in developing and managing the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase-gate process, establishing program management offices, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely program delivery. Previously, Mike held positions at Eaton as a Senior Technical Service Specialist, DuPont as a Technical Services Specialist, and Dow Water and Process Solutions in various roles including Module Science Technologist and Lead Technologist. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
