Franklin Frank [Lion]

Franklin Frank is currently the Global Director of HCM at Zycus, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Franklin served as the Senior Director of People & Culture at The Scalers from December 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included advising leadership and overseeing multiple teams to create an exemplary workplace. Franklin's experience also includes leading the People & Culture efforts at Silvermine Group and roles in human resources across various companies including BLR LABS PVT. LTD., Multunus, Syniverse, Sun Microsystems, and Infosys Technologies Ltd. Franklin holds an Executive Master Program in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from IIBM, completed in 2013.
