Kritika Kaushik

Kritika Kaushik has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Kritika started their career as an HR Consultant at Morpheus Human Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in 2010, and later worked as a Human Resource Officer at Avenue Supermarts Pvt Ltd in 2011. Kritika then joined BrowserStack as a Talent Acquisition professional in 2014 before moving on to Zycus as a Senior Recruiter II for Leadership Hiring in 2012. At Zycus, they also served as a Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition and as the Lead CoE in Talent Acquisition. After their time at Zycus, Kritika joined Amazon as part of their Talent Acquisition team in 2017. Kritika then worked at Invisible Studios as a Business Consultant from 2019 until 2023. Currently, they are working at Zycus as the Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

Kritika Kaushik completed their B.Com degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they attended Ram Niranjan Poddar School, where they completed their CBSE education.
