Bhagyesh Ramakrishnan

Bhagyesh Ramakrishnan is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in HR Shared Services, digital transformation, and business operations. Currently serving as the General Manager of HR Shared Services and HR Digital at Zydus Group since June 2018, Bhagyesh has successfully established HR Shared Services for India and led significant HR digitalization initiatives. Previous roles include DGM and Head of Shared Services at AL-AYUNI Investment and Contracting Company, where Bhagyesh managed a large HCM operations team and spearheaded organizational transformation, and several leadership positions in payroll and HR services across various companies, including Equiniti and Harsco Corporation. Bhagyesh holds multiple degrees, including a recent completion of Executive Education in Artificial Intelligence for Senior Leaders from IIM Bangalore, and has consistently driven improvements in operational efficiency and strategic HR initiatives throughout a career spanning over 15 years.
