Parag Bhatt

Parag Bhatt has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Parag is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Zydus Hospitals, starting from July 2023. Before that, they held the position of Group HR Head at Tatvic Analytics from September 2021 to July 2023. Parag also worked as the Head HR International at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited from May 2021 to October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager Human Resources at USV PRIVATE LIMITED from February 2015 to May 2021. Parag has also held various HR management positions at Zydus Cadila, USV LIMITED, Aditya Birla Retail Limited, Radhakrishna Foodland Pvt Ltd, and Ethos HR. Their roles ranged from Deputy General Manager to AGM HR, Zonal HR Head, and Senior Manager HR.
