Kevin McLaughlin

CEO at Zygg

Kevin McLaughlin has extensive experience in the mobility space. Kevin started their career in 1991 as co-founder and Director of Evergreen, an environmental NGO focused on building healthy cities. In 1995, they co-founded Modo The Car Co-op, the first carshare in the English speaking world. In 1998, they founded AutoShare, Toronto's original carsharing company. In 2016, they became VP Mobility at Blanc Labs, a Toronto-based venture and innovation studio. In 2018, they joined Free2Move - Unlimited Mobility as VP Strategic Partnerships and part of the Launch Team. In 2019, they became CEO of Zygg, an e-bike as-a-service company. In 2020, they joined the Board Member of Shared-Use Mobility Center. Kevin also has experience in the media industry, having worked as an Associate Producer, News and original webmaster at Vancouver Television from 1997 to 1998.

Kevin McLaughlin attended Queen's University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General.
