Sandeep Kohli

Sandeep Kohli is an accomplished professional in optical engineering and materials science, currently serving as the Director of Engineering-Optics at ZYGO Corporation since 2020. With prior experience as a Principal Research Scientist at Veeco from 2011 to 2020, Sandeep specialized in optical coatings, ion beam deposition, and extreme ultra violet coatings, among other technologies. Earlier, Sandeep spent over a decade at Colorado State University focusing on thin films and nanomaterials, and conducted research on II-VI quantum dots and solar cells at the National Physical Laboratory. Sandeep holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Sciences, as well as a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Physics, all from Delhi University.
