Tara Kilcullen

Tara Kilcullen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, program management, and training content development. Currently serving as Principal and Senior Advisor at ZYGOS Consulting LLC since April 2022, Tara previously held the position of Director for the TReX Consortium at NSTXL from December 2019 to April 2022. Prior to that, Tara worked as Program and Customer Engagement Lead at Aptima, Inc. from July 2017 to December 2019. Tara’s career also includes significant roles at Raydon Corporation, where responsibilities included Technical Director of Training Content & Analytics, Director of Training Product Development, and Content Development Manager, from July 2005 to June 2017. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Film from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as an Associate of Science in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Full Sail.
