Natalie Crowe has had a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as Midwest Director at Apex Diamonds from 2013 to 2015. Natalie then moved to Petite G Jewelers as Marketing Director from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for creating sales brochures, billboards, magazine ads, and other sales materials, as well as serving as an in-house photographer and maintaining inventory control measures. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Indy Facets as Director of Operations and Business Development, where their responsibilities included assisting all sales people with sales, sale input, ordering, and POS, taking in all inventory and managing cost, wholesale accounts, billing, invoicing, sales, and data entry, as well as serving as the marketing lead with responsibilities for the creation of sales brochures, marketing materials, magazine ads, and all social media. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Tangoe as a Solutions Engineer, Business Analyst, and Account Specialist. Finally, from 2019 to 2022, they served as CEO at Jewelr, before transitioning to their current role as Application Support Analyst at Zylo.

Natalie Crowe attended Holy Cross College from 2003 to 2004, where they obtained an Associate's degree. Natalie then attended Ball State University from 2004 to 2006, studying Marketing & Graphic Design. Lastly, they attended The Art Institute of Indianapolis from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Marketing & Graphic Design. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Introduction to CSS from LinkedIn in January 2022.
