Evan Blasband

Evan Blasband has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016 as an Information Technology Assistant for the Associated Students of UC Santa Barbara. Evan then became an Undergraduate Research Assistant for the UC Santa Barbara Computer Security Group (SECLab) in the same year. In 2017, they worked as an Electrical Engineer for the UCSB Hyperloop, and as Co-Founder & CTO of Allthenticate. In 2018, they were a Systems Engineer for Lockheed Martin and an Electrical/Computer Engineer Altair ZenPad for UC Santa Barbara. In 2019, they were a Teaching Assistant for UC Santa Barbara and was one of sixty makers selected to work under IDEO CoLab's R&D CoLab. Finally, in 2022, they are currently a Product Engineering Lead for ZYMBIT.

Evan Blasband completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 2019. Evan then pursued a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, which they completed in 2020. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Evan attended Saint Francis High School in Mountain View from 2011 to 2015.
