Babatunde Animasaun

Babatunde Animasaun has four years of work experience. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Georgia State University. In 2021, they joined Alcon as a QC Associate Chemist. Babatunde currently works at Zymo Research Corp as a Research and Development Associate. Prior to this, they were a Laboratory Intern at Beacoup Degrace Ltd, where they assisted in developing better processes in surfactant production and worked on the project “waste and effluent management” with the goal to devise ways to make the company's wastewater more eco-friendly using activated charcoal.

Babatunde Animasaun received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Lagos in 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Organic Synthesis from Georgia State University College of Arts & Sciences, which they completed in 2021.
