Customer Success Manager at Zymo Research

Cristian Camacho has held a variety of positions since 2016. Cristian began their career at Zymo Research Corp as a Customer Success Manager, Technical Support Manager, Technical Application Specialist II, Senior Research Associate, and Research Associate/Tech Support Specialist. In this role, they assisted in the development and improvement of RNA isolation kits and troubleshot customer concerns with products and experiments. In 2016, they also held an Undergraduate Researcher role for the Lowe Lab at UC Santa Cruz. Finally, in 2015, they were a Researcher and Outreach Coordinator for the 2015 UCSC iGEM Team, where they assisted in the research of biofuel production using engineered microorganisms and obtained financial and public support from businesses and UC Santa Cruz Administration.
