Annette Janczura

Annette Janczura is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in building and managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People at ZymoChem since April 2022, Annette focuses on recruitment and shaping the HR landscape for a sustainability-focused biotech company. Prior roles include Temporary Lead Recruiter at Silicon Valley Community Foundation, where Annette supported multiple hiring managers, and Human Resources Generalist at SVXR, Inc., where Annette managed recruiting and due diligence processes. With a strong foundation as Regional HR Director at Family & Children Services of Silicon Valley, Annette oversaw employee relations during acquisitions and supported leadership integration. Annette's career began in HR management roles at GoBeam/Covad and Fireclick, coupled with earlier experience in customer service management. Annette holds a BA in Business Management from Santa Clara University and a Human Resources Certificate from UCSC.
