German Pereira

German Pereira's work experience includes:

1. Bioprocess Research Associate at ZymoChem starting from September 2022 (current position).

2. Engineer Intern at Destilería La Experiencia from November 2020 to June 2021. During this internship, they gained knowledge and experience in tequila production processes, industrial scale equipment, and microbiology laboratory setup. German also assisted in fermentation for tequila production and was involved in writing SOP's. Additionally, they acquired basic knowledge of ISO 9001 for quality management systems and ISO 17025 for laboratories.

German Pereira completed their high school education at Colegio Berchmans from 2004 to 2015, earning a High School Diploma. German then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Biochemical Engineering at Universidad ICESI, where they studied from 2015 to 2021. Additionally, they briefly attended EPSEVG - UPC - Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2020, focusing on Project Management.
