Ashok Paskalraj

Ashok Paskalraj is an experienced human resources professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Founder of ZyNerd since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ashok held several significant positions, including GM Officer at Christian Medical College Vellore from June 2019 to January 2022, and HR at LOYAL TEXTILE MILLS LTD from October 2017 to October 2018. Ashok's extensive background in HR includes serving as DGM - Human Resources at Apollo Hospitals and Regional Manager HR at Philips, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations across multiple sectors in the Southern Region. Ashok also contributed to HCL Technologies Ltd. as Manager - HR Data Analytics and Deputy Manager - Organizational Effectiveness, establishing frameworks for employee engagement and data analytics. Earlier experiences include a role as Assistant Manager - Campus Recruitment at HCL, a summer internship at Larsen & Toubro focusing on E-learning implementation, and a position as a Software Engineer at Verizon Data Services India. Ashok holds a PGDPMIR in HR/PMIR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.E. in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai.
