Jon Neal

Jon Neal has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Most recently, they served as the Senior Director of Engineering at Zynex Monitoring Solutions starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Engineering at LightDeck Diagnostics from 2020 to 2022. Jon also held positions as the Engineering and Manufacturing Manager and Program Manager at Liteye Systems, Inc. in 2020. Jon has managerial experience at Plexus Corp. as the Manager of Mechanical Engineering & Industrial Design/Senior Project Manager from 2014 to 2020 and at Eaton Aerospace as the Engineering Manager/Site Leader from 2011 to 2014. Jon served as the R&D Manager at Covidien from 2007 to 2010 and as the Director of Commercialization at Skydex Technologies from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they held various engineering roles at Adaptec, Inc., Medallion Technology LLC, and Tetrad Corporation. Overall, Jon Neal has a wealth of experience in engineering and management roles spanning multiple industries.

Jon Neal has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Jon also holds an MBA in Project Management from Colorado Technical University. In addition, they have obtained a certification in DFSS Design for Six Sigma Green Belt from Eaton through Dale Carnegie Training in February 2014.
