Clint Waasted

Clint Waasted serves as the Senior Director of Business Development at Zynga since August 2015 while simultaneously holding the position of Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law. In addition, Clint is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of the EMI Foundation, an educational charity focused on negotiation and alternative dispute resolution curricula since August 2013. Clint has been a Professor of Practice at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) since June 2007, where responsibilities include directing the Negotiation & Dispute Resolution Team. Previously, Clint was the Legal and Business Affairs Manager for Square Enix Europe, overseeing legal functions for major video game studios from February 2005 to August 2013, and worked briefly as a Mediation/Arbitration Clerk at JAMS in 2004. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor focusing on Negotiation and Transactional Law from the University of California, College of the Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Pomona College.
