Depankar Neogi leads the company’s strategic direction and is also architect of the vision to create on-demand business software that is easy to use, affordable and yet grows with your business. Throughout his career, Depankar has evangelized breaking the norm and re-inventing processes with newer technologies. Depankar is a 20-year veteran of the software industry, an accomplished executive with management experience in high-growth SaaS companies.

Prior to launching Zyprr, he spent 5 years at Intuit as Chief Architect where he helped grow their enterprise PaaS business by 400%. Prior to that, Depankar was CTO and co-founder of Copanion, a venture backed startup, where he architected the world’s first SaaS based technology solution using image processing, machine learning and business rule engine technologies to accurately process a large variation of structured and un-structured business documents that saves accountants several hours per tax return by automatically extracting the data from tax source documents and populating the tax software.

A veteran of multiple venture backed startups, he has held management and technology leadership positions at Arthur D. Little, Motorola, Inktomi, Comverse and Procter & Gamble.

He holds over 10 US and International patents for his work in machine learning, image processing, software and telecommunications systems. He earned his MBA from Columbia University, Ph.D. & MS from University of Massachusetts, and BS from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, in India.
