Harley De La Rosa has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer success and management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Specialist at Zyris Isolite since October 2019, Harley has held roles such as Customer Success Specialist and Customer Solutions Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this, Harley worked as an Operations Manager and Event Specialist at Marriott International from May 2017 to September 2019. Additional experience includes positions as a Barista at The Buzz Shack, Assistant Manager at Domino's, and Front Desk Receptionist at BZB Tax & Business Services. Harley completed studies at Santa Barbara City College from 2014 to 2017.
