Charles Ross

Charles Ross has held a variety of positions in the technology and service industries. In 2019, they began working as a SIEM Engineer for Zyston LLC. Prior to that, they worked for ReliaQuest from 2017-2019, where they held positions as an Implementation Security Engineer II, Senior Implementation Security Engineer I, Senior Security Engineer I, and Security Engineer I. From 2016-2017, they worked at FSU College of Communication & Information as a Technical Support Specialist, and at Hybrid Technical Solutions as a Network Solution Specialist. From 2014-2016, they were employed at Best Buy as a Microsoft Consultant and Multi-Channel Sales Associate, and at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Poolside Server. Charles also worked at Publix Super Markets from 2012-2014 as a Front Service Clerk.

Charles Ross obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Florida State University between 2013 and 2017. Charles then obtained several certifications from Splunk and Sumo Logic between 2019 and 2020, including Splunk Core Certified Power User, Splunk Core Certified User, Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin, Sumo Logic Fundamentals Certified, and Sumo Logic Certified Administrator.
