Jason Hwa

Jason Hwa has held various positions in the technology industry since 2009. Jason began their career in the United States Air Force as an ICBM Nuclear Operations & Launch Officer in 2009. In 2013, they held multiple roles at Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer in Test, Software Engineer, and Data Systems Engineer. That same year, they also became the Company Owner of Urban Boot Camp | the Sweat Shop Fitness Center. In 2017, they joined Sumo Logic as a Sr. Sales Engineer - Enterprise, Lead for Strategic Accounts & Security and Lead Sales Engineer - Mid-Market, Investor Accounts, DevSecOps and Security. In 2019, they moved to Constructor as a Principal Solutions Architect. In 2020, they became the Sales Engineering Manager at Nightfall AI. Jason'scurrent role is Sr. Solutions Architect at Zyston LLC, which they started in 2021.

Jason Hwa completed a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Environmental Biology from the University of California, Berkeley between 2005 and 2009. Jason then went on to earn a Master of Professional Studies in National Security from The George Washington University between 2010 and 2012. Jason also holds certifications from the American Red Cross, Redwoods Institute, USAF, DoD, and AFAA, including an ARC Life Guard certification (obtained in September 2013), a CPR-AED First Responder certification (obtained in September 2013), a DoD Inactive TOP SECRET-SCI Clearance (obtained in May 2009), and certifications in Blood-borne Pathogens, Chemical Hazards and Communication, Child Sexual Abuse Prevention, Communications Security, Computer Security, Emergency Response, Group Fitness Instruction, Information Awareness, Information Security, and Operations Security.
