Taylor Beck

Taylor Beck has been working in the information security field since 2016. In 2019, they joined Zyston LLC as a Lead Threat Detection Engineer. Additionally, they serve as a Senior Security Analyst, responsible for investigating potential threats, developing/managing content and policies, and presenting to client base to contribute to the maturity and growth of their security programs. Prior to joining Zyston LLC, Taylor worked at ReliaQuest as an Information Security Analyst Lead and Senior Information Security Analyst. In this role, they utilized SIEM, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Solutions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and various other technologies along with technical writing and strong communication to help pursue security goals in a clear manner. This included Incident Response (IR), as well as analysis and investigation of security related data from a wide range of security devices and customer environments.

Taylor Beck obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from Our Lady of the Lake University in 2015. In June 2019, they acquired the Splunk Core Certified User certification from Splunk. In July 2015, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco. In January 2017, they earned the Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security) certification from Cisco.
