Amber Srivastava

Amber Srivastava has a diverse range of work experience spanning different roles and industries. Amber is currently the Founder & CEO of Zyvka, a company focused on human resource management. Prior to this, Amber served as a Board Member at The Recruiters Association (TRA) in 2020. In 2022, they graduated from the Founder Institute San Francisco Fall cohort program, representing Zyvka as the founder and CEO.

Amber also worked at Wavely as the Vice President of Sales from 2019 to 2021. During their time there, they played a key role in setting up the end-to-end sales and account management process and team. Amber achieved significant milestones such as acquiring over 300 B2B clients, including well-known brands like Walmart and LG. Amber exceeded quarterly sales targets and reduced churn rate while managing the marketing team temporarily.

Prior to Wavely, Amber worked at Aspiring Minds, first as the Deputy General Manager - Sales from 2016 to 2018, and later as the Deputy General Manager - Sales again from 2018 to 2019. In these roles, they were responsible for new business development, key account management, and increasing market share.

Earlier in their career, Amber served as a Global Account Manager at Bharti Airtel Limited from 2011 to 2016. Amber'sresponsibilities included account management of enterprise accounts in the IT/ITES/BFSI sector, driving institutional sales, and developing relationships with key decision-makers. Amber also worked on Go-To-Market projects and generated business for different lines of Airtel products and services.

Before joining Bharti Airtel Limited, Amber worked as a Business Development Manager at IL&FS Trust Company Limited and as a Relationship Manager Corporate Banking at Development Credit Bank Limited.

From 2006 to 2008, Amber studied at ICFAI Hyderabad and obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing.

Between 2001 and 2005, Amber attended the Institute of Integral Technology, where they completed a B-Tech degree in Electronics.

Amber attended Boys High School from 1998 to 2000 and completed their 12th-grade education. During this time, they studied subjects such as English, Maths, Physics, and Chemistry.

From 1995 to 1997, Amber attended Dr. Virendra Swarup Education Centre in Kanpur and completed their 10th-grade education. Amber'sstudies during this period included Science and English.
