Ben Burleson

Ben Burleson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ben is currently working at Zywave as the Senior Director of Engineering, where they have been since December 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Engineering at the same company from April 2023 to December 2023. Before joining Zywave, they worked at ClarionDoor, which is a Zywave company. Here, they held various positions including Director of Engineering from November 2022 to April 2023, Engineering Manager from July 2020 to November 2022, and Senior Software Engineer from November 2016 to July 2020.

Earlier in their career, Ben worked as a Technical Program Manager at Gateworks Corporation from June 2016 to November 2016. Ben also has experience as a Senior Backend Engineer at ONTRAPORT from August 2014 to June 2016. Prior to that, they held the role of Computer/Software Engineer at Las Cumbres Observatory from March 2006 to August 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Computer Engineer at Las Cumbres Observatory Global Telescope Network during the same period.

Finally, Ben started their career at Raytheon as a Software Engineer from February 2003 to March 2006. Ben has a strong engineering background and a proven track record in leading teams, making technology decisions, and delivering successful projects efficiently.
