Hayley McNeill

Hayley McNeill is an experienced legal operations professional with a strong background in research, analysis, and data management. Currently serving as the Director of Legal Operations at Zywave since June 2019, Hayley has progressed through various roles, including Manager and Analyst, and began as a Paralegal. Prior to Zywave, Hayley worked as a Paralegal at Ron Harmeyer Law Office, where a file tracking system and forms database were developed. Other notable experiences include working as a Museum Assistant at Pabst Mansion and a Key Holder at Milwaukee Public Museum, where customer service and multitasking skills were essential. Additionally, while pursuing a Master's degree in History at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Hayley served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, and earlier, as a Resident Assistant at Drew University, focusing on program development and student mentorship. Hayley holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Drew University and a Master's degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
