James Lychwick

James Lychwick is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Data Services at Zywave since October 2019, overseeing team activities, onboarding, and collaboration with departmental leaders to drive corporate objectives. Previously, James held the position of Team Lead in Data Services, exemplifying high standards and professionalism. Prior to Zywave, James worked at Mercer from November 2016 to October 2019 as a Team Lead, delivering quality client service and managing business processes for improvements, and earlier at Northwestern Mutual for over eight years in various roles, including Workforce Management Specialist and Project Expense Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed resource allocation, financial reporting, and process optimization. James holds an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Milwaukee Area Technical College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration-Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
